Council is providing Quarterly Project Update – North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club Redevelopment and the September 2026  update was provided at the Infrastructure Standing Committee meeting on Monday 21st September 2026.

There will be quarterly updates provided at the March, June, September and December council meetings for the duration of the project.

Prince Street, Cronulla - Temporary traffic and parking changes. Traffic and parking changes are required to support the demolition works. Council has started work to relocate the pedestrian crossing, allocate disabled and emergency vehicle parking to end of Prince Street and move reserved SLSC parking spots to the west side of car park near new pedrestrian crossing. Changes will be made to the traffic flow on Prince Street and a garde 1 hoarding will be construction oin front of existing surf club building to accommodate the plant and material required for the demolition works.

Demolition Works are due to start in October 2026 once the selection of preferred contractor is confirmed by Council and NSW Public Works. More information to be supplied on demolition schedule once contractor is confirmed.
